Introduction of the 2nd International Forum of Urban Competitiveness

The 2nd International Forum of Urban Competitiveness was held in Ottawa in April 2005. This forum was hosted by Canadian Policy Research Institute where Professor Pierre-Paul Proulx, the Chairman of the forum, works. In this forum, the theme and activities were discussed and finally decided.
