“2014 Globle City Forum” was held on 31th. Oct. 2014 at the conferencecenter in Shanghai Normal University. It was hosted by The Development ResearchCenter of  Shanghai MunicipalPeople’s Government and The World Bank , presented by Shanghai Normal University.

Peter Karl Kresl(president of GUCP, Professor of Bucknell University,America)、and Leo van den Berg (committee member of GUCP/Professor of University Rotterdam, Netherlands) ,Experts and scholarsfrom universities of China, US, Netherlands, Canada, Germany, Belgium andAustralia as well as officals from Shanghai Municipal People’s Government andChinese Academy of Sciences attended the ceremony.  

Professor Gao Jun handled the meeting. Experts discussed the strategicdirection and development road of Shanghai in the future 30 years fromdifferent perspectives. Journalists from various news media reported the event.
