Wang Weiguang
Wang Weiguang, Presidentof Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS),Secretaryof Party Group and President of Academic Department Presidium, is a PhD inPhilosophy, Doctoral Supervisor, Professor and Member of CASS AcademicDepartment. He served as Vice President of the Central Party School. He is alternatemember of the 17th CPC Central Committee and member of the 18th CPC CentralCommittee. He now acts as President of China’s Dialectical Materialism ResearchSociety, as well as Member and Chief Expert of Marxist Theory Research and ConstructionProject Advisory Committee. He has been awarded the honorary title of "China’s PhD Graduateswith Outstanding Contributions" issued by the State Council and received aspecial government allowance. He has long engaged in researches as Marxist Theory,Philosophy, Important Theoretical and Practical Problems of Socialism withChinese Characteristics. His major works include "Theory of Interests","Theory of Social Contradictions" and “Wang Weiguang’s Thoughts onTeaching and Learning".
