Director Ni Pengfei Meets Economic Scholars Led by Ioannis Kaplanis from OECD

      At the afternoon of January 15, 2014, NiPengfei, Director of Center for City and Competitiveness of CASS, meets IoannisKaplanis and other four economic scholars from OECD at the center office.Ioannis Kaplanis is in charge of projects concerning policy making duringurbanization process in OECD. The project this time is named as Overview ofChinese Urbanization, which includes three aspects: firstly, data gathering insocial economic field; secondly, issues occurred during urbanization process,like traffic, peasant laborers and others; thirdly, the advancing function androle of government during urbanization process. The main purpose of the visitto Center is to collect relevant data for writing.
